Color of grip is too blue vs advertisements. Asked for refund but no response

I have sent support numerous emails but have had no response. I am not satisfied with the color of the grip as it looks green in the marketing pictures and is bright blue in person. it is unopened and unused and i would like some communication.

Size feels better than stock grip. Glad I went up to midsized compared to standard. Will be the first time using a larger putter grip. Can wait to use it on the course. Feels great in the hand when practicing around the house.
