What is inside

Built like a steering wheel. Looks like a party.

The materials

A fabric-reinforced polyurethane sheet over a thermoformed rubber frame, hand-stitched together. Same idea as the stitched leather on a sports car steering wheel.

The feel

A low-profile embossed honeycomb surface. It sends the feel of the putt straight into your palms, so you know how you hit it before you look up.

The weather

Built to stay grippy when it is humid, sweaty, or drizzling. Your putter should not slide around just because August showed up.

For the cleanest install, take your putter and your new grip to a golf shop. It usually costs a few dollars and a lot of shops do it for free.

Doing it yourself? Grab double-sided grip tape and grip solvent, line the flat front of the grip up with your putter face, and let it set overnight.

Questions from the practice green

Which size should a beginner get?

Neither size is the beginner grip. If you like how your current grip feels, start with Skinny. If your hands get jumpy on short putts, go Midsize. Still stuck? Take the grip finder.

Will a new grip change how my putter feels?

A little, and that is the point. The Midsize weighs 42 g more than the Skinny. More weight up top makes the head feel lighter and the stroke steadier. A lighter grip lets you feel the head swing.

Do the grips get slick in the rain?

The honeycomb surface is built to stay grippy in humid and wet conditions. Wipe it down after a soggy round and it is ready for the next one.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. You need grip tape, grip solvent, and ten minutes. The easy route is a pro shop: most charge a few dollars and plenty do it for free.
