Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75 ship at the standard rate shown at checkout.
Domestic orders ship from our warehouse in Utah via USPS. Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

International

Flat-rate shipping to Canada and all other international destinations: $14.95.
Delivery times vary by destination.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout shows that duties are included.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@sweetrollzgolf.com right away. We will update the order if it has not shipped.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then email support@sweetrollzgolf.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help open a claim with the carrier.
